Hi!
Jillian Phillips is originally from upstate NY and has studied fine art under various instructors. She began oil painting in her 20’s and applied her skill to military-themed paintings after her husband began flight school. She and her husband live in Savannah, GA, for the next five years of (his) C-12 career, where she will continue to paint various military subjects including machinery, weaponry, and vehicles! Jillian paints when she can during nap times or after bedtime routine has completed - she is a full-time mom to 2 children.
